Our Sixth Year


Village Voices was founded in November 2006 and celebrated its five-year anniversary with a concert on May 22, 2011.

On October 4, 2011 Village Voices sang for the Downers Grove Music Club...a concert that was originally scheduled for February 2, 2011, the day of the blizzard. Then on November 13, 2011 we sang a concert at the Cordia Residence in Westmont, Illinois. In January we were thrilled to sing at the wedding of one of our own Village Voices tenors in Monee, IL.

Our upcoming concerts include:

  • March 11, 2012 - co-concert with Sinfonietta Bel Canto, Emmanual Lutheran Church, Downers Grove, IL

  • April 29, 2012 - Oak Trace, Downers Grove, IL

  • May, 20, 2012 - Village Voices Annual Spring Concert, Emmanual Lutheran Church, Downers Grove, IL

  • September 30, 2012 - Beacon Hill Residence, Lombard, IL
